At Adili Africa, our work goes beyond trade. Through our artisan support programmes, we provide training, financial inclusion, and wellness initiatives to ensure artisans not only earn, but thrive.

Trade-Ridi Trading

Adili Africa empowers women and youth by creating sustainable employment that fosters purpose and hope. Through collaboration, they produce and market unique, high-quality handmade baskets, bags, home décor, and other products using traditional techniques and eco-friendly materials. These efforts support economic sustainability for local communities while serving both local and international markets.

Chama-Money

Adili Africa works with groups of artisan women and youth to ensure financial empowerment and literacy is achieved. Through our table banking programs, merry go rounds the women are able to earn an income that assists in their daily family needs, start-up capital, investment ventures and savings.

Health and Sports

Adili Africa addresses health challenges faced by urban poor women and youth, which often impact their productivity. By partnering with various organizations, they offer regular medical camps that benefit artisans, their families, and communities. Additionally, Adili Africa organizes sports tournaments to promote physical and mental well-being among women and youth.

Training

Adili Africa offers skills training in traditional and modern craftsmanship (e.g., basket weaving and beadwork).  We also empower youth and women, offering them financial, entrepreneurship and health training to enable them enrich their lives.
